Σε κατάσταση έκτακτης ανάγκης κήρυξε με απόφασή του ο Περιφερειάρχης Πελοποννήσου κ. Πέτρος Τατούλης τις Τ.Κ. Σκάλας και Έλους Λακωνίας του Δήμου Ευρώτα, οι οποίες επλήγησαν από ανεμοστρόβιλο τη Δευτέρα 21 Σεπτεμβρίου 2015.
